Modernisation of meter infrastructure & upgrade to single room regulation
Summary
For the owners of the first construction phase of the Chämleten residential development in Hünenberg See, Tetrag replaced the meters in 93 apartments due to component discontinuation and retrofitted an individual room regulation system to increase comfort and energy efficiency.
The project
In the Chämleten residential development in Hünenberg See, a replacement of the existing Siemens Synergyr system was necessary, as no replacement for the existing devices could be supplied. Synergyr is a combined device that combines energy measurement with heating control per house/apartment. As a solution, in addition to heat measurement and readout, individual room regulation was also implemented. With the individual room regulation, the temperature of the individual rooms can now be set individually. By means of a time program, the temperature per room can be defined with a smartphone depending on the time of day. This upgrade to individual room regulation resulted in a large increase in comfort. In the long term, the heat consumption could be reduced by 30%.
